The cravings of the pregnant are whims, usually related to food, affecting three out of four pregnant women. While it's not true that unfulfilled cravings turn into baby skin spots or angiomas, satisfying your pregnancy cravings can make you happier. Savor those that are healthy and look for alternatives for those that are not, but do not be flustered if some strawberries, a pickle or a piece of chocolate, can make you the happiest woman in the world, even for a little while. However, avoid abusing your cravings or aversions towards certain foods, as this could cause alterations in your nutritional status.

Some experts assure that with cravings the woman returns to her childhood because, in some way, these whims are typical of children when an object and only one attracts the desire and, on the other hand, they calm a craving that is softened when achieving exactly what you want.
