Tchibo cooling compresses, which could be bought in three Tchibo stores in Poland, do not meet the directives, despite the manufacturer's assurance of their safe use. The product is being discontinued because there is a real suspicion that it may cause cuts and burns of the skin.

During the quality control, it was found that the cooling compress with article numbers 300240 and 300241 did not meet the requirements of the Medical Devices Directive.
